Economics at Greenwich aims to provide you with the intellectual abilities and analytical tools to understand, analyse and act upon the most challenging issues of our time. Our BSc Economics degree gives you the option to specialise in finance after your first year, or you can continue in the standard degree programme.

In your time with us you will gain the knowledge and skills essential for either graduate employment or post-graduate study. Our graduates have pursued successful careers in industry, finance, the civil service, NGOs, research and education.

Your Pathways

The International Year Zero is the first year of the four year undergraduate course. IYZ is designed to help you gain extra skills in your subject area, as well as English Language, before you continue to year one of your chosen University undergraduate degree course.

Following successful completion of the IYZ, you will continue onto Year One of your degree directly with the University of your choice.
