Our team of experienced academics and practitioners focus on competent management and effective leadership, giving students from both clinical and managerial backgrounds the tools required to deliver service improvement and sustainable change in health and social care settings.

The programme is suitable for those working in both clinical and non-clinical roles:

those already working as allied health professionals, clinical scientists, nurses or doctors who wish to pursue managerial opportunities
those working within the health and social care or voluntary sector in roles such as commissioning, quality improvement, clinical auditing or risk management who are looking to take the next step in their career
You will have the opportunity to study with people from a variety of different countries, services and settings. The programme is designed to be as useful as possible to both yourself and your employer; we combine study and assessment of theory alongside its application within a work setting.
