Oxford International Education Group (OIEG) is thrilled to share some fantastic news from one of our former University of Greenwich International College (UGIC) students. At UGIC, we are excited to announce that Rizwan, who in 21/22 progressed in his studies in Law & Social Sciences with flying colours, has been awarded the University of Greenwich ‘Student Lead Teaching Award’ for the ‘Programme Rep of the Year 22/23’ in the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Rizwan overcame many obstacles in his personal life during his studies with the support of his tutors and the UGIC Finance and UGIC Welfare officers. “We are extremely proud of his outstanding achievements and of the great person he has become today,” said UGIC in a statement. This demonstrates the importance of the support network available at UGIC and the dedication of our staff to help our students achieve their goals.

In a heartfelt email to our Student Services team, Rizwan expressed his gratitude and shared his joy at winning the award. “Without your help, I would not have been able to come this far,” he wrote. This further highlights the positive impact that the support network at UGIC has on our students.

We are incredibly proud of Rizwan’s accomplishments and want to congratulate him on this outstanding achievement. UGIC is committed to empowering many more students like Rizwan to achieve their full potential.

At OIEG, we strive to provide an excellent educational experience for all our students. We are committed to providing not only academic support but also pastoral care and welfare services to ensure that our students thrive both academically and personally.
