Our 3-year degree is designed to be taken full-time or the equivalent part-time and will give you a thorough grounding in business skills alongside more specific topics dealing with human resource management. You will study subjects such as Human Resource Development, Change Management, Mediation and Dispute Resolution and develop the skills necessary to work in the field of human resources.
