Education for an International World MENU

The British English Olympics is high profile, prestigious academic and cultural event, which takes place over two weeks in Easter at some of the most famous British boarding schools in the United Kingdom.

Participating teams of 12 -16 year olds, from carefully selected international schools, travel to the UK to compete in a series of academic challenges, alongside having the opportunity to learn about British culture and history as they explore some of the sights.

Over the last 10 years the BEO has aimed to further students’ understanding of the English language while helping them develop skills in leadership, public speaking, teambuilding and time management – all necessary for future leaders. Team members must work closely together, support one another, and strive to be the best they can be.
