Students will get an overview of the British political system as well as examine some of the most complex problems faced by humanity and the ideas that underpin them. Students can study from optional modules on Russian, Irish, and Middle Eastern politics, nations and nationalism, political theories, and human rights and humanitarian intervention.

Degree Overview

Psychology is the scientific study of the mind and behaviour. Topics we cover include how babies learn, the way in which people’s mental skills change as they grow older, various personalities, and how social group dynamics work. Students will also study different psychological disorders.

During your degree students will develop the ability to think critically about outcomes and learn how to locate, analyse, and compare information to support or challenge those outcomes.
