Studying this course will help you become an expert at the research needed to make a positive impact on people’s lives and tackle the difficult issues affecting the world right now.
Understanding and helping people has never been more important which is the reason why this course has been designed, meaning there are many career options as psychology graduates successfully pursue. These include working in psychology, health, business, sports, criminal justice, human resources, research, and education settings, to name a few.
This course has weekly drop-in support sessions run by 'learner support officers' for a range of modules including research methods and statistics.
This undergraduate psychology degree is accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS), assuring the quality of the teaching of your degree.
The IFY will prepare you for the first year of your undergraduate degree. It’s made up of several core and subject-specific modules that will give you a greater understanding of your chosen subject area. The skills you develop through this programme will help you in your chosen degree, in your future career, and in all aspects of life.
