How do i setup my account?

The Agent Portal is your centralized hub for managing your account, accessing student information, and completing tasks. Here’s a quick guide to help you get started.

  • On the homepage, click the “Sign Up” button.
  • Enter your email  address
  • Create a secure password that meets the portal’s requirements (e.g., a minimum of 8 characters, including a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).
  • Complete the form by clicking the “Register” button.
  • Check your email inbox for a verification email from the portal.
  • Open the email and click the verification link to confirm your email address. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • Once verified, return to the portal’s login page.
  • Enter your email and password, then click “Login” to access your account.

Steps to Troubleshoot:

  • Verify your email and password to ensure they’re typed correctly.
  • Password Reset: Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. A password reset link will be emailed to you.
  • Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try logging in again.

The portal works best on Google Chrome and Firefox. Safari and Edge are also supported.
