Kit Tse
MANAGING DIRECTOR UNIVERSITY PARTNERSHIPS

I AM OBSESSIVE ABOUT PUTTING OUR STUDENTS AT THE HEART OF EVERYTHING WE DO, ENSURING THEY ARE PROVIDED WITH THE BEST POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY TO FULFIL THEIR POTENTIAL AND ACHIEVE THE OUTCOMES THEY DESERVE.
Kit joined Oxford International in early 2017, initially as Operations Director, and since March 2019, as Managing Director (University Partnerships). During this time, Kit has successfully implemented the right structures and processes within the various Partnership teams, to deliver the best possible student outcomes and to support the impressive growth in recent (and future) student recruitment numbers. He is fully accountable for the P and L performance of the fast-growing University Pathways division.
Before joining Oxford International, Kit was Senior Director (Regional and Partnerships) at Study Group for three years. During his time there, he was responsible for the financial, operational, and academic leadership of 11 of the 16 International Study Centres, delivering improvements in student numbers, progression rates and financial performance. He led on the opening and renewal on several partnerships, as well as the successful tender of a significant new International Study Centre.
Kit is a pharmacist, registered with the GPhC and is a founding member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. His early career was in community pharmacy leadership, including several years heading up Superdrug’s UK Pharmacy operations, where he was responsible for the delivery of the >£100 million/annum turnover business. He is still active in various healthcare advisory and representative boards as well as being a Guest Senior Lecturer at University College London.
Originally from Hong Kong, Kit completed his undergraduate studies at De Montfort University followed by postgraduate studies at Aston University. Kit is married and has a teenage daughter, and he can often be found running in the Kent woodlands, sometimes with his adopted rescue dog in tow.
